This elegant timepiece from Cartier takes its name, Ballon Bleu, from the fluted crown set with the blue spinel cabochon, which appears floating like a balloon, lying on the side. Crafted with precision, the watch imparts an understated charm that is meant to complement feminine elegance. Rendered in stainless steel, the watch has a round dial set with blue-toned, sword-like hands, Roman numeral hour markers and little minute markers around an inner ring. The automatic watch has water resistance of up to 30 meters and is secured with a deployment clasp.
